How Do I Reset my Administrator Password on my Network Camera?

Follow the directions below for the appropriate model to reset your password:

IK-WB01A/IK-WB11A/IK-WB15A

On the left-hand side of the camera (near the SD card slot) there is a hole that says "reset" above it. Use a paperclip to hold down the button in the hole until the camera starts spinning. The password and settings will then be set to the default (root/ikwb).

IK-WB21A

Remove the SD card slot cover on the left side of the camera (it is held in with a screw).To the left of the SD card slot there is a reset hole. Use a paperclip to hold down the button in the hole until the camera starts spinning. The password and settings will then be set to the default (root/ikwb).

IK-WB02A

There is a hole on the top of the camera toward the rear. Use a paperclip to hold down the button in the hole for about 15 seconds. The password and settings will then be set to the default (root/ikwb).

IK-WR01A

There is a button labeled “reset” towards the upper right (the cover must be removed to access this button) Press and hold the button for 15 seconds. The password and settings will then be set to the default (root/ikwb).

IK-WD01A

The reset button is located on the back of the network camera. Use this button to reset the system or restore the factory default settings. Continuously press on the reset button until the status LED rapidly blinks orange. It takes about 30 seconds. Upon successful restore, the status LED will blink orange and red. The password and settings will then be set to the default (root/ikwb).

IK-WB30A

The reset button is located on the back of the camera under the Ethernet port. Use a paperclip to hold down the button in the hole for about 15 seconds. The password and settings will then be set to the default (root/ikwb).

IK-WB70A

In order to reach the reset button on the camera, the lens cover will need to be removed. The button will be located on the left top of the IR LED board. Hold down the button for about 15 seconds. The password and settings will then be set to the default (root/ikwb).
